PC to PC calls have always been around for quite some time, but now you can make calls to standard telephones for free. I have gathered some of the best websites that offer free international calls. On the top of my head I have:
FreeRinger
Freeringer is a web-based flash application which allows users to make free internet calls from their computer to fixed line phones or cell phones in more than 30 countries worldwide. Just like iCall and Evaphone you don’t require to download any software but you need to register an account first. Once you’re logged in, you will see a dial-pad and your Talkster roster right to it. Upon first connection there will be only one contact Echo Test Call, which is helpful to test your audio subsystem and network capabilities. After you confirm usage of your microphone, you will be connected to a voice prompt guiding you through echo test service.

EvaPhone
Another great way to make free calls is with EvaPhone. Simply visit the website and start making calls right away. The only restriction is that there is a limit to free calls based on the country you are calling. You can check out the FREE call limit to all countries here.

iCall
iCall is a web service that allows you make calls up to 3 minutes to any destination in the US and Canada. iCall free calling for the web is still in it’s beta stage and doesn’t require you to download any software in order for you to make these calls. They use VoIP technology which utilizes your existing internet connection and your PC to plug you directly in to the regular telephone.
One of the best features it offer is the ‘Embedded code’ options which enables you to put this widget on your website so that your readers can make free calls directly from your website.
